*The yoga and cold plunge are encouraged for event participants, but not mandatory. Registration for the event grants you automatic admission to the yoga class and plunge. If you are not plunging or doing yoga, please arrive at 8pm.

  • Come on an empty stomach. Fasting is not necessary, but give yourself at least 2 hours to digest your last meal.

  • For those attending the yoga and cold plunge: Bring a towel, yoga mat, clothes to sweat in, bathing suit, and loose comfortable clothes to change into.

  • If you like to journal, it is recommended to bring yours.

  • Bolsters, blankets, and eye masks will be provided, but if you have any other additional items that help you feel extra cozy, please bring them with you!

  • Food and beverage are included, however, if you feel called to bring any additional treats, they will be welcome!
