The physical practice of yoga is the process of strengthening and purifying the body, so it can come into it’s ultimate state of alignment.
When the body is aligned, the heart and mind become open and clear. From this place of clarity, strength and expansion, we find union with ourselves and the cosmos in a state of peace called samadhi.
I teach a fun and creative all-levels flow class four days a week at The Love Offensive in Providence, RI.

My Yoga Journey
I committed myself to the practice of yoga when I moved out to Los Angeles, CA in 2010. I wanted to alleviate the physical soreness derived from the hours of seated Zen meditation I was doing and I wanted relief from the remnants of a recent heart-break. My plan was to ride my bike to the yoga studio down the street and take class every day until the physical and emotional pain went away.
By adopting a strong regimen of daily yoga, the physical discomfort eased and with time I developed the ability to sit comfortably in meditation. More importantly though, yoga led me to a deeper discovery. Pain and suffering on the energetic and emotional levels never completely dissolve. We must learn how to use them as tools to keep discovering the infinite source of light and love within us all.
This discovery inspired me to pursue a life-long path of yoga. I completed two advanced yoga trainings at Liberation Yoga Los Angeles and Jai Yoga Hollywood. I traveled to India to deepen my studies with world renowned teachers, Rolf Naujukot and Ganga Puri. To this day I maintain a devoted yoga practice and love sharing the transformational power of yoga through my online and in-person offerings.
